Thomas Dracup

Thomas Dracup is an Associate Director within the UK Investor Shopping Centre Leasing Group at CBRE UK, where they focus on developing mixed-use retail assets and creating vibrant community spaces. A chartered surveyor, Thomas has extensive experience in some of the UK’s largest shopping centres, leisure parks, and outlet destinations, gained since relocating to London in 2019. Previously, they worked at CHD Properties as a Surveyor, where they engaged with clients and retailers while enhancing retail destinations. Thomas's career began with various work experiences in the commercial property sector, including roles at Acuitus Ltd and BWA (Europe) Limited, which solidified their commitment to a career in commercial property. They hold a degree in Real Estate from the Royal Agricultural University.
