Thomas Lee is the Group President & Co-Head of Capital Markets for CBRE, where they oversaw the company's acquisition and disposition services, strategic financing solutions, and investment banking services since 2025. Previously, they held various roles, including Chief Investment Officer & Head of Capital Markets at Trammell Crow Company from 2022 to 2025, and served as an Assistant Vice President at Barclays Investment Bank from 2012 to 2013. Thomas began their career as an Analyst at Lehman Brothers and later at Barclays. They are currently pursuing a Master's in Real Estate Development & Finance and hold a BS in Finance, Magna Cum Laude, from Georgetown University.
