Tim O Sullivan

Tim O'Sullivan is the Head of Capital Markets in Hungary at CBRE, where they have been based since 2008, specializing in real estate transactions. With extensive experience working on diverse properties valued from €2 million to over €300 million, Tim has assisted both local and international buyers in various sale-side and buy-side roles. Prior to CBRE, Tim worked as an Acquisition Surveyor at Cushman & Wakefield Investors from 2006 to 2008. They hold a degree in Real Estate from Curtin University and a BSc in Real Estate from Heriot-Watt University, both completed between 1999 and 2003.
