Tim Pankhurst

Tim Pankhurst is an Executive Director at CBRE, where they lead the UK Student Accommodation valuation team. Tim has been with CBRE since 2011 and previously held the position of Associate Director at Deloitte from 2003 to 2011. They hold a Master of Engineering in Civil & Environmental Engineering from The University of Edinburgh and a postgraduate diploma in Estate Management from London South Bank University. Tim has extensive experience in the student accommodation sector and has contributed significantly to the development of CBRE's student research offerings.
