孙祖天Tin Sun

Tin Sun 孙祖天 is currently the Senior Director, Head of Research for Northern China and ESG China, with extensive experience in data analysis and market research within the commercial real estate sector. They previously served as the Director and Associate Director at CBRE, where they managed research teams and developed market intelligence. Before that, Tin held a position as a Senior Research Manager at JLL, focusing on providing insights into the North China commercial property market. Their career began as a Sales and Trade Marketing Management Trainee at Wrigley and included a role as a Senior Executive at The Nielsen Company. Tin holds a degree from BiMBA at Peking University, earned between 2011 and 2013.
