Todd Henderson

Todd Henderson, MAI, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial real estate appraisal and valuation services, currently serving as the National Practice Leader for Multifamily at CBRE since August 2011. In this role, Todd leads a team of appraisal experts focused on the multifamily asset class across the United States. Previously, Todd held positions including Managing Director for the Pacific Northwest region at CBRE, where leadership encompassed valuation and advisory services across Washington, Oregon, and Idaho, and Managing Director at Grubb & Ellis Landauer, overseeing commercial real estate appraisal services. With a robust background as a Senior Appraiser at CB Richard Ellis and a Property Inspector for EF&A Funding, Todd also brings significant expertise from earlier experience as a superintendent at Henderson Enterprises. Todd earned a BA in History from California State University, Fresno, in 1993.
