Tom Blanchard

Tom Blanchard, FMP, is the Director of Engineering - Northeast at CBRE, where they have served as Sr. Chief Engineer and Property Manager since 2013. Prior to this role, Tom worked at MBNA as an Assistant Chief Engineer, supporting HVAC and electrical systems for large facilities, and previously held various positions in HVAC management and maintenance across multiple locations. They began their career in the US Navy as a Boiler Technician, where they were honorably discharged after four years of service. Tom has a strong background in engineering and property management, demonstrating extensive experience in both leadership and technical roles.
