Tom Broderick

Tom Broderick is the Director of Research specializing in Office and Capital Markets at CBRE, where they inform clients about economic and commercial property market conditions, present research at industry events, and write thought leadership pieces. They also assist in data analysis and forecasting while mentoring younger team members in best practice research skills. Previously, Tom worked as a Town Planner at Moreton Bay Regional Council and held various positions in research at JLL and JLL Hong Kong. Tom earned a Master's Degree in Economics from The University of Queensland and a Bachelor's Degree in Regional and Town Planning from the same institution.
