Tom Edwards

Tom Edwards is the Global Head of CBRE’s Valuation & Advisory Services (VAS), which provides comprehensive valuation, advisory and consulting services for real estate owners, investors and lenders. He is now responsible for all teams across the Americas, EMEA and APAC regions.

Tom assumed leadership of the APAC VAS business line in July 2014, which includes Consulting Services. In his recently expanded global role, he will still continue to lead the APAC business.

Tom is highly regarded as a forward-thinking leader within the industry for his passion to continually improve and enhance standards. He has been instrumental in improving CBRE Valuation’s quality and risk management processes and its technology platforms. He oversaw the development and deployment of TOPS, CBRE’s proprietary valuations management platform that has become the go-to platform in Asia Pacific.
