Tom Gaffney

Tom Gaffney is the Head of Leasing for Asia Pacific at CBRE, overseeing more than 2,000 professionals across 15 markets. Previously, they served as the President of the North Asia Advisory business at CBRE, managing operations in various territories including mainland China and Hong Kong. With a robust background in the Asia commercial real estate market, they held positions as Regional Managing Director for Hong Kong and Managing Director for Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan. Tom has also worked in asset management for Hongkong Land and was the Head of Retail at JLL. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Property Economics at Queensland University of Technology and are enrolled in a Real Estate Management Programme at Harvard Business School.
