Tom Panissidi, RPA, is currently the Director of Engineering for the World Trade Center Site Wide Property Management at CBRE, a role they have held since 2021. Previously, Tom served as a Property Manager at JLL from 2006 to 2020 and held the position of Manager of Engineering Services at ING Clarion Realty Services, LLC from 2001 to 2005. Before that, Tom was with Rockefeller Group Development Corporation for 16 years, managing engineering services at Rockefeller Center.
