Tom Rugg

Tom Rugg is currently the Vice Chairman and Co-Head of U.S. Large Loans at CBRE. They held the position of Managing Director at Deutsche Bank Securities from 2011 to 2023, focusing on large loan origination and subordinate debt distribution. Previously, Rugg served as Director at Wells Fargo Bank from 2009 to 2011, specializing in the origination and underwriting of large loans for CMBS. Before that, they were Vice President at Wachovia Securities from 2004 to 2008, where they worked in CMBS large loans origination and underwriting. Rugg is pursuing an education at Vanderbilt University.
