Vincent MacAuda

Vincent Macauda is a seasoned professional in the commercial real estate sector, currently serving as the Managing Director and National Practice Lead for ALTA Surveys and Zoning at CBRE since May 2023, following the acquisition of Millman National Land Services, where Vincent served as President from February 2008 until the acquisition. In addition, Vincent has been the Owner and Principal Broker at Vanguard Properties since January 1998, overseeing strategic planning for a multi-family apartment portfolio. Vincent's legal expertise was honed as the Owner of the Macauda Law Firm from 1999 to 2022 and as Master Commissioner for Foreclosure Sales at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio from 2006 to 2017. Other notable roles include Principal and General Counsel at Provident Title Agency and an Associate at Hahn Loeser & Parks, where Vincent focused on commercial real estate transactions. Vincent holds a JD from Cleveland State University's Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and a BS in Economics from John Carroll University.
