Wesley Prediger

Wesley Prediger is currently the Manager of Design Services for CBRE, where they continue to create innovative spaces in collaboration with various stakeholders. Previously, they served as a Manager of CAD Design for Washington Prime Group and held the role of Project Manager at Carney Ranker Architects, overseeing healthcare and tenant improvement projects. At Moody Nolan, Inc., Wesley managed the significant interior renovation of The Lazarus Building, earning a LEED Gold certification. With a background that includes experience in commercial development planning and architectural documentation, Wesley has a strong foundation in design and project management. They earned an Associate's degree from Columbus State.
