William Morrison

William Morrison is a First Vice President at CBRE, specializing in brokerage for office tenants across the South Florida area. A Miami native, they currently focus on creating and implementing real estate strategies to reduce occupancy costs and align clients' real estate objectives with their overall business goals. Previously, William served as Executive Vice President at JLL and held advisory roles at Cresa and Savills Studley, where they developed expertise in lease negotiation and corporate relocation strategies. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Chapman University.
