Zean Wang

Zean Wang is an accomplished professional in urban and regional planning with a Bachelor's degree from Ryerson University. Wang has held various roles, including Planning Coordinator at UniYep, where responsibilities included researching global revitalization plans for a neighborhood project. As a Research Staff member at Arup, Wang contributed to a student project focused on affordable employment housing modules. Experience as a Student Researcher/Analyst at the Region of Peel involved analyzing local policies for zoning recommendations related to the "Missing Middle." In volunteer work, Wang served as an Area Captain for Open Street Toronto, managing student volunteers. Currently, Wang is a Research Analyst at CBRE, following a position as a Real Estate Analyst at Urbanation Inc., where market research and land transaction analysis were key activities. Additionally, Wang worked as a Real Estate Urban Planner at Lux Development, conducting feasibility analyses and market research.
