Ben Pask

Ben Pask serves as the Head of Occupier Accounts and Executive Director at CBRE UK since March 2022. With a long-standing career at CBRE starting from August 2011, Ben has held various senior positions including Senior Director and Director, focusing on the Consumer & Manufacturing sectors within the Contracted Accounts division. Leading a team of 90 across EMEA, Ben provides expertise in managing multi-asset class portfolios for major corporate clients. Prior to CBRE, Ben spent nearly a decade at Deloitte Real Estate as an Assistant Director in the Occupier Team, where extensive advisory work on UK commercial property legislation was conducted.
