Ben West

Ben West is a Chartered Surveyor with a strong background in the real estate industry, showcasing expertise in areas such as lease administration, facilities management, asset management, and property management. They began their career as a Graduate Surveyor at Peter Webster (Surveyors) Limited from 1998 to 2001 and advanced to various surveying roles at Goadsby, Personal Pension Management Limited, and Joiner Cummings. From 2006 to 2012, Ben served as a Principal Surveyor at GVA UK and later became the Director at Helix Property Advisors Ltd, where they worked until 2024. Currently, Ben holds the position of Associate Director at CBRE UK and serves as the Head of Property Management for East London at The Arch Company. Ben earned a degree in Land Management from the University of Portsmouth in 1997.
