Chris Argent has extensive experience in the planning sector, currently serving as Planning Director at CBRE UK since January 2015, specializing in advice regarding foodstore, non-food retail, leisure developments, and mixed-use commercial schemes nationwide. Prior to this role, Chris was with GVA Grimley from August 2003 to December 2014, where progress was made from Graduate to Lead Retail Planning Director, managing projects across Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, and Newcastle. Chris holds a Master's degree in Town Planning and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Modern History, both from The University of Manchester.
