Gavin Thomas

Gavin Thomas is a Senior Director in the National Valuation Advisory team at CBRE UK, where employment began as a graduate in 2005, leading to diverse roles within the Liverpool Office and Industrial Agency team, the Liverpool Valuation Advisory team, and the North West Asset Management team. Gavin re-joined the Valuation Advisory team in April 2008 after completing an APC and currently operates between the Liverpool and Manchester offices. Additionally, Gavin served as a Co-Opted Board Member in a voluntary capacity for Make CIC from April 2022 to September 2023, contributing to community-led creative initiatives in the Liverpool City Region. Earlier experience includes various roles at the North West Development Agency during a work placement while pursuing degrees at Liverpool John Moores University, culminating in an MSc in Commercial Property Management and a BA (Hons) in Business Studies.
