John Knight is currently a Senior Director at CBRE, where they focus on advising investors in life sciences and technology-oriented real estate across Oxford, Cambridge, London, and the UK. With over 20 years of experience in the national office markets, John has specialized in capital market transactions and strategic asset management, particularly for science and business parks. Prior to their role at CBRE, they held positions at BNP Paribas Real Estate, Carter Jonas, and Strutt & Parker, where they developed expertise in national markets investment. John completed a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, a Diploma in Town Planning at Newcastle University, and a PG Diploma in Surveying from the University College of Estate Management.
