Jon Diaper

Jon Diaper is a property and asset management consultant with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as Principal at JPD Property Consultancy Ltd since May 2018, Jon offers consultancy services in the South Central UK region following a 12-year tenure as Senior Director at CBRE, where expertise encompassed property and asset management, investment acquisitions and disposals, and commercial property consultancy. Prior to CBRE, Jon was Director at Austin Adams from 1991 until its acquisition by CBRE in 2006, where responsibilities included running the business alongside key colleagues. Jon's career began as Associate Director at Hall Pain and Foster from 1987 to 1991. Jon holds a degree from the University of Portsmouth, obtained between 1978 and 1981.
