Liam Murphy

Liam Murphy is a seasoned valuation professional with extensive experience in investment valuation. Currently serving as Director of Valuation at CBRE Ireland since October 2022, Liam oversees the City Investment Valuation team and has held a similar Director role at CBRE UK since January 2007, where Liam previously contributed to the West End Investment Valuation team for six years. Prior to joining CBRE, Liam worked as Associate Director of Valuation at Gerald Eve from September 2003 to December 2006, focusing on loan security work for various banks in Central London and the South East. Liam holds an MSc in Real Estate Appraisal and a BSc in Estate Management, both from the University of South Wales.
