Lloyd Nicholson

Lloyd Nicholson is an experienced professional in the field of valuation, currently serving as a Director at CBRE UK since January 2010. Prior to this role, Lloyd held positions as a Consultant Surveyor with Nottingham City Council and as a Senior Surveyor: Valuation at BNP Paribas Real Estate. Additional experience includes working as a Principal Surveyor: Valuation at Donaldsons LLP and serving two roles at Leeds City Council, first as a Senior Surveyor and previously as an Assistant Surveyor. Lloyd holds a BSc (Hons) in Estate Management with a 2:1 from Northumbria University, completed between 1999 and 2003, and attended Pocklington School from 1991 to 1999.
