Luke Thacker

Luke Thacker is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in property consultancy. Currently serving as a Director at CBRE UK since July 2023, Luke previously held the position of Associate Director at CBRE from September 2019 to July 2023. Prior to that, an Associate role was fulfilled at Avison Young UK for a brief period in 2019, along with an Associate position at GVA UK from August 2005 to September 2019. Additionally, Luke completed a 10-month secondment with KPMG in their national Real Estate Advisory Team, offering property consultancy advice. Luke holds an MSc in Real Estate from Birmingham City University, earned between 2005 and 2007.
