Sam Richardson

Sam Richardson is an Associate Director at CBRE UK, where they advise investors and occupiers on strategies to mitigate business rates liability. Sam works in CBRE's Northern Rating team and has previously held roles as a Graduate Surveyor, Surveyor, and Senior Surveyor at the company. They gained foundational experience during a work placement at Feather Smailes Scales and served as a Planner at DLP Planning, where they supported various planning projects. Sam earned a Master’s Degree in Real Estate from Sheffield Hallam University.
