Steve Timbs

Steve Timbs serves as Global Head of Building Consultancy and UK & Ireland Head of Project Management at CBRE UK, bringing over three decades of experience to the role since joining in September 1987. Responsibilities include managing Building Surveying, Engineering Services, Environmental, Building Measurement, Capital Allowances, and Reinstatement Cost Assessment services within the UK Consultancy group. Steve also acts as Executive Sponsor for the CBRE UK Ltd charitable program, overseeing partnerships with organizations such as Shelter, Action for Children, and Macmillan. Prior to CBRE, Steve worked as a Building Surveyor at Legal & General and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Surveying from London South Bank University, complemented by studies at the University of Cambridge in Sustainability Leadership.
