Steven Hendry

Steven Hendry is a highly experienced real estate professional with over two decades in the industry. Currently serving as Director at CBRE UK since December 2006, Steven is involved in a diverse range of investment transactions across Scotland. Notably, Steven represented Carlyle Group in the £56 million sale of the Tanfield office complex in Edinburgh to Rockspring. Prior to CBRE, Steven worked as a Senior Surveyor in Investment at Ryden from August 2001 to November 2006 and began the career as a Surveyor at Insignia Richard Ellis from June 1999 to August 2001. Steven holds a BSc Hons in Estate Management from Heriot-Watt University, earned between 1995 and 1999.
