Tim Harding

Tim Harding is an Executive Director and Head of Occupier Rating London at CBRE UK since July 2020, specializing in strategic real estate advice on business rates tax for various stakeholders. Also serving as a Director at ROPE WALK HAMBLE LIMITED, Harding has held senior roles at CBRE and GL Hearn, where extensive experience in managing business rates and overseeing teams has been developed.
