Tom Upton

Tom Upton is an experienced Associate Director at CBRE UK, with a background in Development Consultancy and Viability. Since February 2022, Tom has advised a diverse range of public and private sector clients on the viability of land promotions, existing property assets, and development proposals throughout the planning process. Prior to his current role, Tom served as a Senior Surveyor at Turley and held positions at Carter Jonas, JLL, London and District Housing Limited, Collinson Hall, John Lewis, and Speckled Hen. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in International Real Estate and Planning from UCL and a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Southampton.
