Alex Patch

Alex Patch is a seasoned professional in asset management, currently serving as the Director of Asset Management at CBRE Investment Management since July 2022. Prior to this role, Alex held the position of Senior Associate in Asset Management at CrossHarbor Capital Partners from September 2020 to July 2022. Alex's career in asset management began at AEW, where various roles encompassed Assistant Vice President, Associate, and Associate in Portfolio Accounting from July 2015 to September 2020. Earlier experience includes working as an Associate in Assurance Services at EY from October 2013 to June 2015. Academic qualifications include a Master of Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business, as well as foundational education at Rollins College and Moses Brown School.
