Alexander Bignell has a diverse and extensive work experience in the finance and real estate industry. Alexander started their career in 1999 as an Investment Banking Associate at Morgan Stanley. After that, they worked as a Director in Corporate Finance at JLL from 2003 to 2006. Alexander then joined Credit Suisse as a Director in Investment Banking from 2006 to 2009. At Goodman, they served as a Fund Manager, managing the Goodman European Logistics Fund and overseeing asset acquisitions and disposals, equity raising, and investor relationships. From 2012 to 2018, they were the Head of UK, Indirect Real Estate at CBRE Investment Management, where they led investments into various property sectors and pioneered programmatic ventures. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Global Transactions, Indirect Real Estate at CBRE Investment Management, responsible for managing investment transaction opportunities and serving as a board member.
Alexander Bignell attended the University of Cambridge from 1990 to 1993, where they pursued a degree in Land Economy with a focus on Real Estate.
