Andy Bonilla

Andy Bonilla is an Analyst at CBRE Investment Management since July 2023. Prior experience includes a Capital Markets Intern role at JLL, where a summer project involved presenting an investment sales pitch and conducting full underwriting for a multi-family property. Andy has also served as a Peer Career Coach at the Boston College Career Center, providing one-on-one coaching and facilitating workshops. Other internships include working at NorthBridge Partners in real estate private equity and The American City Coalition, where contributions included website analysis and event organization for community engagement. Andy holds a Bachelor of Management with a focus on Finance, Management, and Leadership from Boston College and has additional international educational experience from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
