Christopher Bailey

Christopher Bailey is an experienced professional in asset management with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Senior Director and Senior Asset Manager at CBRE Investment Management since October 2005, Christopher oversees a portfolio of 4.0 million square feet of Class A office, life science, and mixed-use properties across the United States. Prior to this role, significant experience was gained at CBRE, Inc., where responsibilities included portfolio oversight of high-rise office buildings and managing a substantial portfolio for the ING Office & Industrial REIT in Australia. Early career positions included management roles at Jones Lang Wootton, Global Funds Management, and Sun Alliance Group Properties. Christopher holds a BSc (Hons) in Urban Land Economics from Sheffield Hallam University and has additional educational experience at Western Sydney University.
