Daniel Hong

Daniel Hong has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Daniel started their career as a Marketing Intern at UOL Group Limited in 2013, where they gained experience in both residential and retail marketing. In 2014, they continued their internship at UOL Group Limited, this time focusing on retail marketing.

In 2016, Daniel interned at Ascendas-Singbridge, where they worked in the Real Estate Funds department. This experience allowed him to further develop their understanding of the real estate industry.

Daniel then joined Ascendas-Singbridge as an Analyst in the Investments & Capital Partners team in 2017. Daniel was responsible for analyzing potential investments and managing capital partnerships.

In 2019, Daniel joined CapitaLand as a Senior Analyst in the Capital Partnership & Development department. Daniel played a crucial role in capital partnerships and development projects.

Most recently, in 2022, Daniel joined CBRE Investment Management as part of the Investments, Indirect Private Real Estate team, utilizing their expertise in the real estate investment sector.

Daniel Hong completed their secondary education at Tanjong Katong Secondary School from 2005 to 2008. Daniel then attended Meridian Junior College from 2009 to 2010, although no specific degree or field of study was mentioned. Finally, Daniel Hong pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Real Estate at the National University of Singapore from 2013 to 2017.
