David Makowicz

David Makowicz has a strong background in operations and management. David began their career as a Lieutenant in the US Navy from 1990 to 1998. Following their military service, they joined SEI Investments as a Strategic Relationship Manager from 1998 to 2006. Makowicz then transitioned to CBRE Investment Management, where they held various positions including Chief Operating Officer from 2006 to 2021 and currently serves as the Americas/APAC Head of Operations, Client Solutions since February 2021.

David Makowicz completed their Bachelor of Science degree at the United States Naval Academy from 1986 to 1990. David further pursued their education at Villanova University, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from 1999 to 2004.
