Frank Spanier

Frank Spanier is an experienced compliance and regulatory professional with a comprehensive background in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Director of Regulatory Compliance EMEA at CBRE Investment Management EMEA since July 2021, Frank has previously held significant roles such as Senior Compliance Officer at LeasePlan Corporation N.V. and Group Compliance Officer at Delta Lloyd Group. Early career experience includes positions as Risk & Compliance Officer at Coöperatie VGZ u.a. and Univé-VGZ-IZA-Trias, where Frank also undertook various compliance roles and financial auditing.
