Gerben Koops

Gerben Koops has a diverse work experience in the finance and analytics field. Gerben started their career in 2003 with Eastman EMEA, where they worked in finance and accounting until 2004. Gerben then joined ING Real Estate in 2004 and held various roles including financial analyst, investment analyst, and senior investment analyst until 2011. In 2011, Gerben joined CBRE Investment Management EMEA, where they started as a senior investment analyst and later moved on to roles such as senior fund accountant, performance measurement specialist, manager performance & analytics, and currently serves as the director analytics, a role they assumed in February 2022. Their expertise lies in performance analysis, financial management, and investment analytics.

Gerben Koops began their education in 1990 at GSR, where they completed their primary and secondary education until 1996. Following that, from 1996 to 2002, they attended Erasmus University Rotterdam, where they obtained a degree known as "drs" in the field of Economics. Additionally, in 2000, they briefly studied Financial Economics at Hofstra University, and in 2001, they had a short-term academic experience at Uppsala University, focusing on the same field of study.
