Jonathan Kiamfuana

Jonathan Kiamfuana has extensive work experience in the real estate and investment management industry. Jonathan currently works at CBRE Investment Management as a Senior Analyst - Logistics, where they are responsible for coordinating reporting cycles for the Logistics platform at the EMEA level, delivering sector presentations for the fund and leadership teams, and supporting EMEA projects. Jonathan also serves as an Asset Manager, overseeing the management of four logistics assets in France. Prior to joining CBRE, Jonathan worked as an Asset Management Analyst at the same company. Before that, they worked as an Investment Analyst at Société Générale Assurances and as a Real Estate Strategy and Lease negotiation Analyst at ENEDIS and EDF.

Jonathan Kiamfuana completed their Master's degree in Real Estate Management at ESSEC Business School from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Real Estate Engineering with a focus on Finance - Real Estate from Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC) between 2016 and 2017. Additionally, Jonathan holds a VTS Fundamentals Certification obtained from VTS in January 2022.
