Kees van Traa

Kees Van Traa has over two decades of experience in financial management and investment control within prominent organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Investment and Portfolio Controller at CBRE Investment Management since September 2015, Kees has previously held significant roles at NN Group as Senior Controller Management Reporting, overseeing financial management reports for the executive board of a leading European insurance company. Kees's extensive background includes regional controlling positions at ING Insurance, where responsibilities encompassed financial reporting and strategic advisory, and management accounting at Postbank Insurance. Moreover, Kees began a career in finance with a focus on acquisitions and divestments at ING Group following early experience in the banking sector with ABN AMRO. Kees holds an Executive Master of Finance & Control from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Master’s in Business & Financial Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
