Lars Wichard

Lars Wichard is a seasoned professional in portfolio management and real estate, currently serving as a Senior Associate at CBRE Investment Management since September 2019. Within the Europe Value Partners division, Lars has advanced through various roles, including Associate, Senior Investment Analyst, and Investment Analyst. Prior to this, Lars gained extensive experience at CBRE Nederland from December 2016 to August 2019, holding positions such as Senior Consultant and Medior Consultant in Specialist Markets Valuation & Advisory Services. Lars holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Real Estate from the Amsterdam School of Real Estate and a Master of Science (MSc) in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Amsterdam, complemented by a specialized course in Sustainable Real Estate from the University of Cambridge.
