Maria O. has over a decade of work experience, starting in 2009. Maria initially worked as an Investment Manager at Elina Pankkiiriliike Oy for a brief period. Maria then joined Tuloskiinteistöt as an International Relations Manager, focusing on Cushman & Wakefield and assisting international clients with their real estate needs in the Finnish market. Maria later became an Account Manager at YIT, where they specialized in leasing and marketing new office premises in the Helsinki metropolitan area, including anchor tenant negotiations and participation in planning and construction processes. Maria then transitioned to CBRE Finland as a Deputy Regional Director, where they held a leadership role until 2021.
