Maria S. has a comprehensive work experience in various roles within the real estate industry. Maria is currently an Investment Director at CBRE Investment Management, where they are responsible for development strategic planning, project management, funds management, and marketing.

Prior to their current role, Maria worked as the Deputy Regional Director at CBRE Finland for eight years. Before that, they were an Account Manager at YIT - Urban developer and construction company, where they focused on leasing and marketing new office premises in the Helsinki metropolitan area. Maria also worked as an International Relations Manager at Tuloskiinteistöt, where they assisted international clients with their real estate needs in the Finnish markets.

Maria's career began as an Investment Manager at Elina Pankkiiriliike Oy. Throughout their career, Maria has gained extensive experience in strategic planning, project management, client relations, and leasing and marketing in the real estate sector.

Maria S. pursued their education from 2003 to 2009, attending the University of Helsinki. During this period, they completed a Master's degree in International Finance.
