Michael Chi

Michael Chi has a diverse work experience history. Michael began their career as a research assistant at UBC - Vancouver School of Economics in 2012. In 2014, they worked as an intern analyst at Yaletown Venture Partners Inc. Then, in 2015, they joined BMO Capital Markets, where they started as a summer analyst in investment banking before becoming an analyst in corporate banking. Michael later became an associate, focusing on project and structured finance. In 2018, they joined CBRE Investment Management as an analyst in infrastructure and private equity investments. Michael then progressed through various roles within the company, including senior associate and director in infrastructure investments.

Michael Chi pursued their education in 2010 and completed their Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Economics from The University of British Columbia in 2014. Following this, from 2014 to 2015, they attended the University of Toronto where they obtained a Master's degree in Financial Economics. Aside from their formal education, Michael also holds a certification in CFA from the CFA Institute.
