Peter Huang

Peter Huang has over 30 years of work experience in the real estate industry. Peter is currently working as a Financial Director at CBRE Investment Management since March 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Vice President at the same company since February 2011. Peter also has experience as the Vice President - China at ING Real Estate Development from February 2001 to January 2011. Peter worked as a Regional Senior Manager at Shui On Land from June 1997 to January 2001, and as a Manager at Hutchison Whampoa Limited (HWL) from September 1992 to July 1997.

Peter Huang obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, where they studied from 1988 to 1992. In addition to their degree, they also obtained certifications such as FAIA (Association of International Accountants) in July 2013, Real Estate Investment Finance from APREA Institute in October 2010, and CICPA (The Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants) in June 1996.
