Raymond Young

Raymond Young, CCIM, is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in asset management and investment. Currently serving as a Senior Director at CBRE Investment Management since January 2021, Raymond oversees a portfolio of class "A" industrial properties in major markets across the western United States. Previous roles include Senior Vice President at Cohen Asset Management, and Asset Management Consultant/Director at TruAmerica Multifamily. At International Airport Centers L.L.C., from 2009 to 2017, Raymond held the position of Managing Director, leading daily operations and managing a $1 billion portfolio of institutional-quality properties. Early career experience includes positions at International Airport Centers and Massachusetts Housing Investment Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed financial analysis, strategic planning, and resident advocacy. Raymond holds a BA in History from Wesleyan University and an MBA in Business from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
