Sandy Padilla

Sandy Padilla has a diverse work experience in the real estate and research field. Sandy currently holds the position of APAC Head of Research at CBRE Investment Management, where they oversee the research capabilities of the APAC business. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Director of Pacific Research at CBRE, where they conducted research on Australian and New Zealand real estate markets. Sandy also has experience working at AIG Global Real Estate as an Associate, the U.S. Department of State as a Fulbright Scholar, and The Urban Institute as a Housing Research Assistant. Sandy has demonstrated expertise in research, investment strategies, and analysis of real estate programs.

Sandy Padilla attended Stanford University from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Public Policy. From 2005 to 2008, they pursued further education at Columbia Business School, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Real Estate. Simultaneously, during the same period, Sandy also attended Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning & Preservation, where they earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Urban Planning. The field of study for their MS degree is not specified.
