Serene Lim

Serene Lim has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Serene began their career in 2007 as an Operations Representative at Lufthansa Cargo. Serene then worked as an Executive at CapitaLand China Holdings before joining CapitaLand Limited as a Management Executive. In 2010, they joined Buss Capital Singapore as a Senior Investment Analyst. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as a Senior Investment Associate at ESR Singapore Pte. Ltd. (formerly known as Redwood Group Asia). Most recently, they have been working at CBRE Investment Management, starting as a Vice President and later progressing to Senior Vice President, Investments. Currently, they hold the role of Director, Portfolio Management at CBRE Investment Management.

Serene Lim earned a Bachelor's Degree in Politics and Public Administration from Fudan University, where they studied from 2004 to 2008.
