Michael Schwanz

Michael Schwanz is an experienced Director of Program Management at CBS Corporate Business Solutions since 2017, specializing in defining program objectives aligned with strategic goals, program planning, budget definition, and performance evaluation. Prior to this role, Michael held various positions including Senior Manager focusing on strategy and project management for high-visibility SAP S/4 HANA projects, and Principal Manager and Senior Project Manager at Freudenberg IT GmbH & Co. KG. With a strong background in project management, Michael has led significant business change initiatives at Baxter International Inc. and established Project Management Offices at Gambro, where extensive expertise in SAP and various operational areas was developed. Michael began a career in IT project management in the mid-1990s and holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from SRH University.
