Sonja Herbst

Sonja Herbst is a graduate student specializing in Goal-Setting and OKRs at Campana & Schott since August 2023. Previous experience includes serving as a Working Student in HR (Recruiting) at Proemion from January 2022 to July 2023 and as a Coordinator in Proposal Management at FFT Produktionssysteme GmbH & Co. KG from August 2017 to December 2021. Sonja holds a Bachelor of Engineering with a focus on international technical project management and has pursued further education, including a Semester Abroad in International Management at The University of Queensland and a Master of Science in International Management at Hochschule Fulda. Additionally, Sonja has completed studies at the University of Galway and Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg (DHBW) Mosbach.
